Any or all of the above can be addressed with the Recovery ACT program. We will address what you need in terms of detox and withdrawal, which in turn then gives us one target. Staying Stopped.
We find that addiction in any form is a problem that is often defined by relapse, so we work hard to have a life, a mental, emotional, physical well being, that relapse gives way to a rich and meaningful life.
Your recovery coach, your guide, therapist and mentor will guide you in a planned personalised route out of addiction and into recovery.
RecoveryACT – Purposeful recovery at any point
The point of recovery is now. Where ever you are right now is what we focus on. Maybe it is you are in the chemical or behavioural addiction itself, so we tailor our sessions to that.
Maybe you are in early days of abstinence, so that is the point of our therapy, to support you with that, right now.
Maybe you are just out of rehab and need to stay well, or even in long term abstinence and feel stuck with other issues. The point is always, right here, right now. Who and what is important to you regarding your personal recovery. What needs addressing right now. It is a journey, not a destination.
